ABOUT THE ULTIMATE EMBED PROGRAM

A fully inclusive program covering Amy’s 5-part methodology, 

delivered in a drip-fed approach, so that everyone has a chance to test and implement what they have learnt and do their actions ready for the next session. 

The impactful program simplifies emotional intelligence commencing with ‘Own It’ followed by ‘Face It’, ‘Feel It’, ‘Ask It’ and ‘Drive It’ to complete the core factors.

This is not a ‘tick-a-box’ program. Teams will be challenged on a deeper level to take ownership of the one thing they can control; themselves, before we delve deeper into managing emotions, understanding the impact they have on those around them, empathy, communication, and motivation.

Own It

Becoming self-aware requires us understanding our mindset and the emotional drivers behind every decision. We make choices in our life based on our priorities at the time and the potential consequences. It’s time to own these choices, understanding what makes us ‘tick’ and how to continuously grow our EI skills.

Face It

Facing our greatest limitations and how well we can manage, our emotional responses can be the most challenging part of being successful. Understanding our triggers, how to regulate our responses and be resilient changes the outcomes inside and outside of the work environment. It’s about working with these triggers rather than against them.

Feel It

Working with people in high pressure and any emotionally driven situation can be challenging! Each one of us is wired differently, that doesn’t make one person right and the other wrong, it simply makes us different. Understanding what makes the other person ‘tick’ and how to empower and empathise are some of the most powerful relationship skills we can have.

Ask It

Communication is one of the oldest skills in the book yet is still referred to as one of the biggest causes of issues within any organisation. With technology physically changing the way we communicate; the words we use and our ability to deliver the message are more than important than ever.

Drive It

Less talk and more action! For most companies, and industries, it’s not about the lack of ideas that we have, it’s the lack of getting it from an idea to actual quality delivery. Eliminating the overwhelm and focus on being ‘too busy’ and instead working with the way our brain is wired is how we work smarter not harder.
